ULTRATEC SUPERNOVA TITLE PACK
SINGLE-USER COMMERCIAL LICENSE

WHO CAN USE IT
A purchase grants one user a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license
to use this pack as described below. For a business purchase, designate
one editor per license. That editor may install it on their own computers
and keep private backups. Additional editors need their own licenses.

YOU CAN
- Customize the titles, including text, colors, timing and layouts.
- Use them in unlimited personal and commercial finished videos and stills,
  including monetized channels, sponsored content, ads and paid client work.
- Deliver finished renders to clients, who may publish them without buying
  this pack. No Ultratec credit or additional per-project payment is required.

YOU CANNOT
- Give unlicensed users access to the editable templates or installer,
  including modified versions, or upload them for public download.
- Resell, sublicense or give away those templates or the installer as a
  product, or include them in another title pack or template library.
- Distribute isolated title animations or supplied artwork as reusable stock
  or template assets, even if rendered or modified.
- Claim that you created the original Ultratec templates.

These restrictions do not override the separate file permissions below.
Clients receiving editable templates must have their own pack license.
Your own logos, footage and other original contributions remain yours.

FONTS, ICONS AND SOUND
Sora, Manrope, Archivo, Space Grotesk and JetBrains Mono are licensed under
the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Font Awesome Free fonts have their own
license. Their full notices are in Fonts/Licenses. Those terms control the
files they cover, including any rights to copy, modify, embed or
redistribute them. Keep the required notices when redistributing those
files. This pack license adds no restrictions to them and does not revoke
permissions already granted separately.

The included sounds may be used, edited and redistributed with the Ultratec
pack and in finished videos, including commercial videos. No sound
attribution is required.

Third-party brand names and logos remain their owners' trademarks. This
license does not grant trademark rights or imply their endorsement.

GENERAL
The pack is licensed, not sold as exclusive property. It is provided as is,
to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
