Which version of Resolve do I need?

Eclipse works in both DaVinci Resolve 21 and DaVinci Resolve 21 Studio. Both were tested on Windows: every title installs, edits and renders in the free version. Earlier versions of Resolve, macOS and Linux are not confirmed.

Can I change the text and colors?

Yes. Select a title and open Inspector → Title to change the headline, chapter and subtitle, plus each element’s font, size, position, spacing and color. Overall position and size move or resize the whole design. Relief calls its headline Surface Text.

How long should the title be?

Start with a 3-second clip. Drag its edge to make it longer; the entrance and exit follow the clip length with a longer hold in between. Keep headlines short, and reduce the text size if a word is cut off.

Is audio included?

No. Eclipse contains no audio, so add your own music or sound effects if you want them.

Can I use it in paid client work?

Yes. One license covers one editor making unlimited personal and commercial finished videos and stills. Clients can publish your finished renders without buying the pack. Anyone who needs the editable templates needs their own license.

When can I buy it?

Sales are opening soon. Pricing and secure checkout will appear at the top of this page when the pack launches.
